Everglades Sail Kayak Trip :: Mark & Richard Rathe :: January 2016

Our rain storm became a snow storm that killed 29 people on the east coast. This was followed by heavy wind (gusts to 40 knots, five foot waves!). We sheltered out of the wind at Watson Place with nine generous fishermen from Jupiter. We peddled all the way back to the ranger station the next day (23 miles).
